Greenfield State Park - Greenfield, NH Ph: 603-547-3497 - This is the only public swimming spot with lifeguards in the Monadnock region. The small camp store has ice, soft drinks, snacks, hot dogs, and you can bring your own picnic for a more elaborate lunch. The park opens at 10 AM and closes at 7:30 PM. The beach season starts in mid-June and runs through Labor Day.
